Have you ever wondered why there are comparatively few women in workplaces and even fewer women in power of position despite girls and boys starting from the same grade, with same resources with both genders performing well in school?

The author did a very thorough and factual research regarding the gender gap that is predominant in different sphere. Though we know the reality, some of the reasoning and facts mentioned by the author hits us hard.

The author has collated a string of achievements of various women who have been highly successful professionally and then went on to break down the challenges that is stopping us from making sky our limit.

✒VERDICT 

🥇Pros:

1) I would like to commend the author on projecting various hard-hitting facts regarding gender inequality. Though we are aware of the situation but facts speak louder than thoughts. Kudos to the author for making the readers a part of such a detailed research.

2) The author never tried to preach or write with a victim tonality which makes the text more credible. The author simply stated the real challenges without drama or fanfare. 

👎Cons:

I wish the author could have made the content more crisper and concrete. At times I felt a bit of information overload while reading.
